Description

On 17 December 2018, the BepiColombo spacecraft was ‘slewed’ into the correct position before its very first routine thruster burn. As its orientation shifted, the spacecraft’s high-gain antenna (HGA) swivelled to maintain communication with ground stations on Earth, captured in this gif taken by the monitoring camera #3.
