Description

Radar scans from Seasat on 16 August 1978, ERS-2 on 21 August 1996 and Sentinel-1 on 20 August 2014 show retreating glaciers in southeast Greenland. Over the 36-year period, the glacier at the top receded by about 5.5 km and the lower glacier retreated by 2.5 km.
